His nemesis.. and great bane of existence. He has a personal grudge against him after the bull recently began to harass his niblings (I don't know the collective word for nieces/nephews BYE), especially his niece, Togetsu, for the Elixir of Life. Upon finding out his reason for doing so he secretly makes a deal with him in exchange.

His niece. Despite resigning as the Captain of the Royal Guard, he still watches over her. He is very concerned about her memory loss and has to constantly give her reminders of her routine. He wants to find the root of whatever is causing his niece's ammnesia.

His nephew. He also cares for him, but due to having so many things on his plate he wasn't able to do anything when Keitaro went missing. He curses himself for this.
A strict and honorable Police Officer. Jack is always meticulous about his duty on keeping the nearside of the moon safe from rambunctious criminals and breaking up fights from Civilians. Recently a gang of cows had started terrorizing the city and targetting the Royal Family for the mythical Elixir of Life. It's pretty difficult to see this guy even relax or atleast crack a genuine smile as the city is beginning to get overrun with strange inhabitants.

Apparently, he used to be the captain of the Royal Guard. Which could help explain why he's so hellbent on arresting and keeping the city safe.

> He was the first character I designed for Syzygy Scramble, originally the story was meant to be about furries in a city located on the nearside of the moon. But it grew a little bigger I guess..
> He doesn't have any children for himself, but his... niblings are essentially his kids now due to how he constantly cared for them.
> Zootopia really made me mad when I was watching it during a plane ride. So I guess Judy Hopps was one of his inspirations.
